Return & Refund Policy

Preorder Hats

All hats in Drop 1 are available through a limited 7-day preorder. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for fulfillment before shipment. Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Orders containing both preorder hats and other products may arrive in separate shipments.

Once the preorder window closes and production begins, preorder cancellations may not be available.

Returns

We want you to love your Lonesome Cowboy gear.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Have original tags attached

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
